Francesca Giubilei and Luca Berta are the founders of VeniceArtFactory, leading a team of professionals who have worked for over twelve years as independent consultants in the planning, curation and management of art exhibitions and events in Venice, offering artists, galleries and institutions from across the world a full range of services to bring their projects to life. Founded by curators Francesca Giubilei and Luca Berta, VeniceArtFactory aims to offer an expanded platform for art and design in Venice and to further international creative exchange.
The company provides project management and consulting services for the organization of art exhibitions and events. They offer access to the right spaces and partners in Venice, full project management and logistical support, curatorial development, and communication and marketing services. The team collaborates closely with most of the private and institutional art spaces for exhibitions and events in Venice. From a baroque palace overlooking the Grand Canal to a secret garden, VeniceArtFactory has a unique database of over 180 spaces.
In recent years, the company has collaborated with, among others: Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain, Art Bahrain Foundation, Millennium Foundation, University of Arts London, Chenshia Museum, Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere e Arti, Fondazione Querini Stampalia, IED - Istituto Europeo di Design, Galleria Continua, G.A.M. Galleria d’Arte Maggiore, Parasol Unit Foundation, Shiseido, Valmont Group, Vanhaerents Art Collection, UNESCO and UNHCR.
